More and more, Administrative Law is intertwined with criminal and civil law. For example, the Motor Vehicle Division has its own quasi-criminal process which could suspend or revoke a person’s driver’s license. If a person is arrested for DWI, that person could lose his privilege to drive. Similarly, if a person fails to pay child support or has a pending civil judgment, that person could have his license suspended.
